Dr. Esther Graham is an international and national bestselling author, speaker, consultant, and leadership coach with over 30 years of experience helping individuals and organizations embrace purpose, elevate their mindset, and unlock their fullest potential. She is the author of Why Stepping Into Purpose and a TEDx Speaker whose transformative message empowers people to elevate their thoughts and change their lives.
As CEO of multiple early childhood centers and founder of Festa Della Donna, a training and development company inspired by Italy’s annual celebration of women, Dr. Graham creates platforms that empower women and leaders worldwide. She is a Certified Master Neuro-Transformational Coach and a Lisa Nichols Certified Trainer, specializing in executive coaching for individuals, C-Suite professionals, businesses, and organizations. Her leadership training credentials include UCLA’s Johnson & Johnson School of Management, and she also holds ministry credentials from the Sonship School of the First Born.
With roots in Guyana, South America, and the lived experience of being a well-traveled military wife, Dr. Graham brings a global perspective to her work.
